S. Clyde Weaver hams are all natural hardwood smoked and cured, with no water added. This gives a traditional smoked flavor to our hams, not an artificial liquid smoke taste. Because our hams are packed in their natural juices with no water added means that you're buying all ham. Water added hams can be pumped with up to 30%+ water. You would be only buying water that will be baked out of the ham.

Our smoked hams varieties include:

• Shankless (bone in): 12 - 18 lbs.
• Boneless: 9 - 13 lbs.
• Baby Boneless: 5.5 - 6 lbs.
• Ham Nugget: 2.5 - 3 lbs.
